Note:
The following information applies to our sales:
- Trees are bare
root stock
- The District cannot guarantee survival
- In accordance with Section 6 of Act 189, Public
Act of 1931, plant stock purchased from the District MAY NOT be resold
with roots attached
- Orders are prepaid only (to reserve stock from
Nurseries)
- Trees should be in the ground by the end of the
3rd week of October
- Fall planting is most successful in porous
soils that are not prone to frost heave, which can occur in tighter
soils
